Shanna Hackney

Hello! My name is Shanna Hackney and I am excited to tell you a little something about myself. I was born and raised here in Modesto. My husband and I decided to also raise our kids and invest in our own properties here in the Central Valley. We love all the Valley has to offer with its perfectly placed location and beautiful agriculture. I grew-up watching my Mother work the exciting industry of Real Estate and had the opportunity to work as her assistant while I completed my education and raised my young kids. I took a break for a few years to help my husband expand and run his Residential construction company. However, I am now ready to jump back in to Real Estate. I am very determined and excited to work with sellers and buyers and service them in all and every need that pertains to the process of buying or selling a home! I have been on both ends of the market with my own properties and understand the stress and confusions that can come with the process of buying and/or selling properties.
